Baridhara Cosmopolitan Club Limited — known simply as Baridhara Club — is a social club of the people, created by the people: a centre for entertainment and interaction for the residents of Baridhara and the adjoining neighbourhoods of Gulshan, Banani, Baridhara DOHS and Bashundhara.
Governed by its Memorandum and Articles of Association, the club was incorporated under the Companies Act and registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies of Bangladesh on 3 October 2011.
